As all executives and professionals realize, networking is a key element to advance and promote one's career. Here at ESP we practice what we preach.
As a leader within our field we have the pleasure of evaluating thousands of job seekers each year. Whether or not these professionals meet our standards or choose to become our client, we invite many to be included in our "partnership" network.
With or without our assistance, the vast majority will eventually accept new positions, accept internal promotions, or start their own businesses. We ask them to advise ESP when learning of positions that need to be filled within their organizations. In return, our clients are advised of positions discovered by "partnership" members.
When a position is filled as a result of our "partnership" principle, here are the benefits to the assisting partner:
- The partner will be held in high regard by their new company as a result of securing new talent. This can lead towards future promotions, salary increases, etc.
- The partner helped their new company avoid paying a recruiter the standard 20% to 30% of the new hire's base salary as a placement cost, as ESP never charges the hiring company a fee.
- A finder's fee of $300 will be awarded to the partner for each referred opportunity which leads to our client's acceptance of a new position.
Upon completion of the complimentary career analysis and personalized campaign presentation, the interviewing Managing Partner of ESP extends membership invitations for our complimentary "partnership" network.
